On a Saturday morning, my left arm went numb (麻 木的),and I felt dizzy. I was taken to hospital. After a quick 1 ,the doctor said I had a stroke. As waves of paralysis(癱瘓)came over me, I slowly lost 2 of my body. I was just 50 and I couldn’t believe it.

He told me about the stroke he’d had only a year earlier. He, too, had been paralyzed on his left side. And the advice kept on coming.
