Reading makes a full man. Here I will tell you about three writers,Jane Austen,Victor Hugo and Ernest Hemingway. They help us to know more about our history,culture and many other things.
Jane Austen was one of the most famous women writers of the world. She was born in England in
1775. Jane loved reading and writing. She wrote six novels (小說) in her life. Among them,Pride and Prejudice was the most popular. She wrote it in 1799.
Victor Hugo,born in France in 1802,was one of the best writers in the 19th century. He was good at writing and worked hard. So he became famous at an early age. He wrote his most popular novel, The Hunchback of Notre Dame^ in 1831.
Ernest Hemingway,a well-known American writer and reporter,was born in 1899. Hemingway lived in France and Italy between the 1920s and the 1950s. Hemingway wrote most of his books at that time. He got the Nobel Prize (諾貝爾獎) in 1954.
