     May I have your attention,please?

     There will be a speech in the school hall at 2 o’clock on the afternoon of 13 May.Mr Black is going to tell us something about good telephone manners.

     There are many rules on making or answering phone calls. Please keep some of them in mind. For example, we should always remember to answer a phone as soon as possible. It is polite of you to say sorry for delays. And please keep your voice down on the phone. You should be yourself and speak naturally and politely. Before you hang up,never forget to say goodbye.
