after all意為“畢竟，終 究，終歸，到底”，可位于句首、句中或句末。

at all用于否定句時，意為“絲毫；根本”，用 ?疑問句時意為“究竟1到底”;用于條件句時，意為“當真；實在”；用于肯定句中，表示說話 人的某種情緒或情感T意為“竟然”。

in all意為“總共”，既可放在句首，也可放在句末。
