【題目】 Many of us might want to take on traditional jobs when we grow up, such as being a doctor or lawyer. However, there are many more choices than just these that are available today.
In October, job-hunting website Zhaopin.com organized a report after surveying people who work in more than 800 different jobs in major Chinese cities. These jobs include early childhood educator, fitness trainer and makeup artist(化妝師). Most of the jobs pay well, with one in three workers earning more than 8,000 yuan a month. The top-paying job is veterinarian(寵物醫(yī)生). About 29 percent of these animal doctors earn over 20.00yuan per month.
These workers’ educational background is also important. Over 60 percent of the surveyed workers have a college degree(學(xué)位) or above, the report says.
Most of the workers said they chose their jobs out of love and interest in the area. Many of the jobs are no longer specific to one gender (性別). For example, the report found that one-third of childcare workers are men. These positions used to be filled almost only by women.
Many of these jobs are in the service industry(產(chǎn)業(yè)). Economic (經(jīng)濟(jì)師) development means people have more money to spend and are in greater need of high-quality services, China News Service noted.
For example, more people have started to raise pets. Pet owners will spend over 5,000 yuan per pet this year, an increase of 15 percent from 2017, Xinhua reported. The growing need for animal care, therefore, has encouraged more people to become veterinarians.

【題目】 Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, and more Disney characters have one thing in common—gloves. Although there are many surprising facts about Disney's most famous characters, putting gloves on animation(動畫)characters is a pretty change.
The answer to why so many characters wear gloves is that animation is a very hard process. It takes time and precision(精確)to create the characters you know and love. Animators wanted to make their job a little easier and faster with a few methods and skills. One of these methods and skills was using round edges(邊緣)instead of angles(棱角). So this also meant keeping features(特征)simpler, such as hands, to make the animation process quicker.
In the age of black and white cartoons, separating characters' round-edge hands from their black bodies was hard. Gloves were an easy way to make their hands stand out. In fact, Walt Disney might have been the first one to put gloves on his characters. Once animation moved away from black and white, Mickey and his friends kept their features, white gloves.
Besides keeping the animation simple, Walt Disney told the New York Times that the gloves exist(存在)for another reason: to humanize the mouse. "We didn't want him to have mouse hands because he was supposed to be more human, we gave him gloves. But five fingers seemed like too much on such a little character, so we took away one. That was just one less finger to animate"—this nostalgic Disney talk makes us want to go back and look at these wonderful photos of Mickey Mouse.
【1】According to Paragraph 2, which statement is wrong?
A.Animators prefer angles to round edges.
B.With the help of methods and skills, the animators may work faster.
C.The simpler features are, the quicker the animation process will be.
【2】What does the underlined word nostalgic mean?
A.可愛的B.懷舊的C.生動的
【3】Which of the following is NOT true?
A.The mouse in the animation only has four fingers a hand.
B.Most Disney characters have one thing in common-gloves.
C.In the color cartoons, Mickey and his friends no longer wore white gloves.
【4】How many reasons of wearing gloves are mentioned in the passage?
A.TwoB.ThreeC.Four
【5】What's the best title of the passage?
A.How Were Animation Characters Created?
B.Why Do Most Disney Characters Wear Gloves?
C.What Are the Disney's Most Famous Characters?
