Hello，my dear friends．As we all know，reading is very important to us．So we must make a good atmosphere for the readers．To achieve this goal，I think we must do the following things well．
Firstly，In the reading room，we must keep slience and do somg thinking．We should provide some help to the man that need help，and we should not to speak loudl．It is very impolite to everyone．We should keep the reading room clean，because it is a public to us．Everyone shoud keep quiet in the reading room．And you can't eat anything or throw the rubbish on the ground．
Music，singing and smoking are not permitted．
Secondly，there must be lots of books in the reading room，if we have some interesting books，we can donate them to the library．At the same time，our government should pay much money on the building of libraries．．
