First buy some lobsters. Then you can begin. Just split(分離）the shell from the top and take the meat out of the shell. Place it in a pan with a little water and cover it with foil (箱紙)。 Cook the meat until it turns white, and baste(涂抹）it with butter, salt and pepper. When you overcook the meat，it will become hard and less delicious.
