Reading is very important in our life. We can get knowledge through reading. It can not only open our minds but also make us be more intelligent. Besides, reading is also one of the most important ways to learn a foreign language like English.

We can read newspapers, magazines and other kinds of reading materials, they can help us grow into an excellent person. We can also surf the Internet, it can help us know more about the outside world.

If we meet with new words when we read, we can guess the meaning according to the article. To understand the articles better, we can pay more attention to the first or the last sentence.
