    After having exercise in the gym (健身房) tonight,I just had a shower to relax for a while. While calming myself down with soft music,I started to recall (回憶) what happened in the daytime and wrote it down.

    The accident that gave me much thought happened on my way to the gym after work. When I walked about half way,I saw that many people were around something on the road and they were worried and shocked. I joined them and found there was a. man lying on the ground.      As I realize how important it is to put the health ahead,I am willing to do more exercise. I know exercise can bring me joy and health. I know without health,even a most successful career and a lot of money will lose their meanings.
