Write down your feelings.

You can buy a diary and write down your feelings when in bad mood. It will help you get better and the diary is like a good friend to listen to you:

Laugh loudly.

Some studies show that the action of being happy can improve your mood and make you feel happier. If you want to laugh loudly, try watching a funny movie or reading some funny jokes.

Have a good cry(哭)

You may feel like crying when you are sad. In fact, crying is a useful way to get out of the bad mood. After crying, you will feel better to move on.

Do fun activities
