Let me tell you something about the PE exam. The exam is very important. It includes the long-distance running, rope skipping, playing volleyball and the long jump. At first, we had many problems. Some of us were so tired that they lay on the ground before reaching the finishing line, and some didn’t know how to play volleyball at all.

Here are some suggestions for you to pass the exam. First, you can practise the long-distance running every day. Run a little farther and faster every day, then you can make progress little by little. Second, practise playing volleyball in every PE class. If you can not play very well, teachers will teach you some skills.

Training is important, but don’t forget to protect yourselves. Before the exam, you need to rest enough, drink some water, eat less food with fat. And you should also keep yourself in a good mood.
