First of all,good eating habits are the main way of living a healthy lifestyle. For instance,as most experts say,breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Besides,eating more fruits and vegetables every day is an ideal healthy life plan.

Secondly,exercise is indeed part of life because it keeps the body and mind in good shape. Playing different sports reduces stress and contributes to (有助于) a good sleep.

Finally,let's learn to relax. Maybe reading is a good way to make you feel relax. When reading,you can find something new to learn.
