    Doctors have studied sleep for many year. It is reported that people have five stages of sleep and that people may go through each stage about every ninety minutes.    Today sending text messages（短信） is part of our lives. According to a survey, a third of the U. S. children send more than 100 text messages a day. Sending text messages is becoming more and more popular among young people in China, too.
