The weather gets colder in autumn. How can you keep healthy when it gets cold? Here are some good ideas for you.

Put on more clothes. It helps you keep warm on cold days. Don’t wear thin clothes just to make yourself look cool.

Wash your hands. The most important thing you can do to stop most germs(病毒) is to wash your hands quite often.

Do more exercise. Exercise helps build up your body. Remember that it is not easy for those people who keep doing exercise to catch a cold.

Stay with healthy people. Try not to stay with sick people too often because it is much easier for you to get germs from them.
