Who are the top students in the world, do you know? Last week the Organization for Economic Co-operation Development (經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與發(fā)展組織) picked the best students in the world. Angela Chang (張韶涵) didn’t know it would be so hard to turn singing into a career (失業(yè)). She went to many different record companies. But she was always turned down for looking too young and small.
