Then one major feature you should remember in China is that we use chopsticks instead of knife and fork, and everyone should try to avoid making unpleasant noise while eating. Whenever a dish is served, the guests are supposed to try it first. Of course, as guests, we should express our thanks to the host after enjoying the dinner.
