How to Deal with Our Pressure
___________________________________________________________________________
【答案】How to Deal with Our Pressure
Everyone may feel disappointed, tired or sad because of difficulties or they are under much pressure. But how can we deal with stress in our life?
Firstly, we should change our mind. We can think about our favorite people or things instead of the troubles. Meanwhile, listening to music, singing songs or taking some exercise can cheer us up. What’s more, we can ask for help from our parents or teachers and communicate more with our friends.
In my opinion, we should be patient enough. Actually the difficulties may not be terrible and the pressure may not be serious. Maybe someone can help us. We just need to wait and our life will be better.
