 Last summer, my parents took me to Mount Tai to watch the sunrise (日出).On the first day, we climbed the mountain and spent the night at the top.

Early next morning, it started to rain and it rained for three hours. So we were not able to see the sunrise at all. "What shall we do?" my mum asked. "Don't worry," my dad said, "and we can watch the sunset instead." Both my mum and I thought this was a good idea, so we stayed at the top of the mountain to watch the sunset.

We were very tired, but we felt very happy. The sunset was not as beautiful as the sunrise, but it was certainly something. The following morning, the three of us were on a coach to Qingdao.
