 Van Gogh was bom in Holland (荷蘭)in 1853. 1    His first connection with painting came in 1869. He worked for an art dealer (經(jīng)營者)in London and Paris for four years before he became a teacher in England for a short time. 4     He made hundreds of paintings,but only sold   one of them while he lived. He was a lonely,unhappy man T who died at the early age of 37.
