I had a hard time planning my course timetable at first. Planning ahead with a study calendar is very important for effective (有效的) online learning. Creating a study calendar will help you remember important dates like online exams or deadlines (最后期限) for your tasks. Making a to-do list is also useful. These are all good ways to help us learn better online.

No distractions (分心)

Online learning needs strong self-control and willpower (意志力). There are lots of distractions while studying at home.

My mom likes to offer me snacks and drinks, which sometimes distracts me from listening during my classes. I have asked her to stop entering my room while I'm studying. A quiet room and a clean desk can help me concentrate (聚精會(huì)神).

Focus on your studies

The Internet is new to us children in the countryside. Many online games are very attractive to me, and they may take a lot of time away. I have used a timer (計(jì)時(shí)器) to record time spent on non-course websites and limit myself to five minutes at a time.
