Do you want to be healthy?

Starting(開始) the day by drinking a glass of orange juice…but no coffee or tea and no milk, please! For lunch, don’t eat any fried(油炸的) foods, perhaps(也許) with some green vegetables, is really good for you! Don’t eat too many desserts which contain(包含) cream, butter(黃油) or chocolate!
