First, when you have trouble, you'd better ask your teachers and parents, they can give you much help. Second, try to relax yourself, you don't need to worry too much. Third, if you can't sleep well at night, you can do some exercise before you go to bed. Fourth, you can listen some soft music on the bed. It can also help you have a good sleep.
