   Karen Saunders has her own travel agency (旅行 社) in London. It sends people all over the world on their dream holidays. She needs to know where she’s sending them,so she goes on working holidays four or five times a year. 

   My ideal holiday has a little bit oi everything. I like lying on a beach and enjoying the sun,but then I get bored and I need to do something. I love exploring new places,especially on foot. I’m very interested in cooking,so I love going around markets and food stores.

   However,I must say that my favorite “holiday resort(度假勝地) ” is home. I travel so much in my job that I feel nothing is better than just waking up in my own bed. I move around the house,read the paper,do some gardening,shop for some food,then make a delicious meal in the evening.

The hotel is in Montmorency Falls Park,just a 20-minute drive from downtown Quebec. It is made of 4 ,500 tons of snow and 250 tons of ice,and it takes 5 weeks to build it. It will stay open for 3 months. When the spring arrives,it will melt(融 化) . Then it will be built again for next year — maybe in a different place!
