What if you could make money by playing video games? That is what Griffin Spikoski is doing. He’s a 15-year-old from the US. He has earned about $200,000 (about 1346,600 yuan) playing the game Fortnite.

Spikoski goes to school online in the morning. He spends his afternoons livestreaming (直播) his games and talking about them. He has more than 280,000 fans on different streaming sites (網(wǎng)站). Some people pay $ 4.99 a month to follow his channel (頻道). In the evening, he puts videos of his games on YouTube, where he has more than 1 million fans.

But according to Spikoski, livestreaming is a hard job. “If I was in high school right now, it would be really hard,” he said. “I would have no energy (精力) to livestream, no energy to make videos.”

It’s not easy to stand out from other livestreamers. For one thing, you have to be really good at playing video games. For another, your videos have to be interesting, according to Spikoski. Spikoski won many fans after beating a professional (職業(yè)的) Fortnite player.
