I think we should not study for 24 hours every day.Learning should go side by side with relaxation, we should keep a balance.Study without relax is terrible, relax without study is harmful.We can listen to music, walk to relax ourselves after studying some time.We should have a lot of exercises which we can enjoy.Doing exercise is good for our health.We cannot just study without exercises.In fact, we will learn and understand better after doing exercise.
