   The first note I ever wrote for my mother said:“Hi,Mom!Have a nice day!Love,Marie!” I was twelve when I wrote it,and I folded the 1 into her change purse (零錢(qián)包) .

      On July 2 ,1937,Amelia Earhart (an American pilot) and Fred Noonan leftNew Guineafor Howland Island in the Pacific. This was the longest and most dangerous part of their t 1 around the world.
