“University tourism” is popular because of the long histories and unique cultures（獨(dú)特的文化）of these famous universities. More importantly, many parents hope their children will go into a top university in the future, said People’s Daily.

“I brought my son here to see what top universities look like,” a mother of a 14-year-old boy told China Daily. She hoped her son could learn something from the trip and study harder after that.
