Computer technology changes so fast that a state of the art computer today might be old tomorrow. The expression “state of the art” has become as common and popular as computers themselves. Now all kinds of products are said to be “state of the art”.

With the development of economics (經(jīng)濟), the problem of left-behind children (留守兒童) has become a serious social problem. More and more people have realized we should do something to help them.

One of the biggest problems is that the children are all hungry for the love from their parents.
