I’m a university girl and I wanted to look thin and pretty,so I started to eat less and sleep less a year ago.I often skipped supper and stayed up.However,I still put on weight and feel tired easily.I decided to join the fitness club.I followed my coach’s advice and lost eight pounds since I came here.
