As teenagers, we face many chances, but also have problems. Sometimes we wonder when to study and when to play. Some of us often stay up too late. So we will feel tired and pressed the next day. Our bodies are too weak and easy to catch a cold. Others often argue with their parents. Some students spend too much time playing computer games. And there are other students who can’t concentrate their attention on their studies.

I think it is important to have a healthy life style. We should exercise at least one hour every day. For example, we can go to school by bike or on foot. We must eat more fruits and vegetables, and eat less junk food. Also, we should go to bed before 10 pm. We can make a study plan. What’s more, we should make more friends and share our happiness or sadness with them. During holidays, we can go out to travel to make ourselves relaxed.
