Creamy Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

2 spoons of unsalted butter

1 onion

3 cloves of garlic， minced (切成末的)

10 cups of canned crushed tomatoes (10杯罐裝碎番茄)

5 cups of homemade chicken stock

1/2 cup of half-and-half beer (混合啤酒)

salt and freshly ground black pepper (鮮碎黑椒)

Method:

1.Melt .butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat .Add onion and garlic，

and cook， stir (攪拌) ， until translucent (半透明的) ， about 6 minutes .

2.Add tomatoes ，stock，and bring to a boll. Reduce heat，and simmer「(慢燉)

gently until thickened (變濃) ， about 45 minutes.

3Slowly add haw-and-half，stir constantly. season (調(diào)味) with salt and pepper .
