【題目】 Maria Rose Belding grew up working in the food bank in her community(社區(qū)) to help the poor. As she grew older, Belding knew that feeding the hungry wasn't as easy as it should be. The food bank was filled with some foods but was short of other truly needed foods.

In 2009, when she was 14, the food bank got lots of bread that was more than the community could use, and she saw how difficult it was to find other communities that could take it. At the same time the food bank was short of cheese.

It seems that top athletes live in a world that is completely different from ours. However, if we could see into their minds, it would be clear that they are actually just like us.

They have to get to know themselves, manage stress and develop their powers of concentration(專注). So they can put all their efforts into their events.
