This morning I got a funny feeling. Today I had to give a report in my  1  , and I had been doing this for a long time!

Everybody can have stress. No matter how old you are, you can feel stressed out by things that are happening in your life. Teenagers, however, have much more opportunities to get stressed than adults. It's hard to be a teenager because you are not a child any more. But you have to deal with some grown-up problems and decisions even though you are not an adult.

     Families can also cause the biggest stress, such as problems with parents arguing at home, or problems with brothers and sisters. Teenagers also have a lot of stress from school, either from their teachers or from their friends. Some teenagers also feel stressed about choosing their education after high school.
