Camels were good for transport in the dry parts, especially in deserts.People used them as pack animals-that means, to carry loads.Camels could carry more than a pack horse and they could travel much faster than bulls(公牛).

Camels carrying goods were often tied in ‘strings’.A string would twenty make to forty camels walk in a line.Camels were laded up at the beginning of the day and traveled until the end of the day without a stop, because it was not easy to unload and load for a midday rest.
