The Lantern Festival(元宵節(jié)) falls on the 15th day of the 1st lunarmonth,  usually in February
or March. As early as the Western HanDynasty (206 BC～25 AD) ,  it  had  become  afestival with

    Yuanxiao is the special food for the LanternFestival. (2) It is believed that Yuanxiao is namedafter
