When lidong comes, the weather is colder,days are shorter and nights are longer. Lidong is a Chinese word for one of the 24 solar terms (節(jié)氣) .It means the beginning of winter. This year it falls on November 8.

A winter coat warms you up from the outside. It's better to wear several layers of thin clothing,for example,a shirt and a thin sweater,for added warmth. Clothes made from wool are usually very warm.
