As a foreigner, you should take advantage of the dual(雙重的) language aspect of the book, and refer to the dictionary to help you understand key terms. Finally, remember that cultural differences might seem difficult at first, but they are also what attract us to foreign cultures and essentially make doing business in foreign countries challenging and interesting.
