The 115m Christmas Bird Count is officially underway. The count is an annual investigation of local and migratory(遷徙的)birds and it's organized by the National Audubon Society. TIME is an American weekly news magazine published in New York City. It was created in 1923 by Briton Hadden and Henry Luce, making it the first weekly news magazine in the US.
