Dear Mike,

Sorry to hear that you are feeling upset these days. As a student from senior Grade Three, it is common to feel upset . Here are some suggestions on how to handle the hard situation.

First of all, you’d better eat less oily food but more vegetables and fruits, which is helpful for you body and brain. To be full of energy, you should keep a balanced diet. And always be positive and active everyday when faced with the difficulties. By the way, you can take some exercise and attend some social activities to refresh yourselves.
