I’m sorry to hear that you will be back home soon. I will miss the joyful days we spent together.

As for a gift with Chinese features, I personally recommend Chinese knots. Knot, in Chinese “Jie”, means reunion, friendship, good fortune and love. Therefore, this unique artwork has been a popular gift for a long time to express best wishes and warmest regards. I think that your friends and family members will be delighted to have them. Time for a Brainstorm
A brainstorm is a session where a small group of people come together to solve a problem. People voice spontaneous ideas, sometimes just shouting, and a note-taker writes them all down.By getting different ideas out there, ideas are said to bounce off each other and even can help solve the problem at hand. Brainstorming is often a group exercise but individuals can also conduct personal brainstorms.
He defined it as using the brain to storm a creative problem and do so in commando (突擊隊)fashion, with each stormer attacking the same objective. According to him, it was easier to tone down a wild idea than think up a new one. He placed importance on the collection of as many ideas as possible and dismissed scientific thinking.
Brainstorming has become one of the most popular ways to solve problems and hold discussion in schools and businesses. Many students brainstorm for a group assignment or even for a personal essay. Sarah Grace, 24, is an Australian marketing analyst and uses brainstorming during all her creative duties. She thinks brainstorming is the best way to work as a team. The sessions get everyone on the same page, everyone moving together and with a clear understanding about the foundations of an event or idea..
However, a big problem with brainstorming is creating a mess that leads people further away from a solution. If you don't have a strong moderator or leader of the brainstorm, can go really off track, and people just start discussing something totally different. Brainstorming can sometimes confuse the human brain. If you brainstorm too much and your page is filled up with all the messy links, you can paint yourself into a bit of comer and get trapped with ideas.
You need to move past brainstorming as soon as you have something workable.
A. The ideas can be smart, strange or crazy.
B. It is caused by a lack of direction from a leader.
C. Brainstorming really helps her organize her thoughts.
D. Brainstorming really is the best way to build team spirit.
E. It can open too many doors and not suggest a clear direction.
F. Brainstorms were popularized in the 1940s by American advertising boss Alex Osborn.

Five meteorologists (氣象學(xué)家) who were trapped for two weeks after polar bears surrounded their weather station are now able to leave after the creatures were chased away. Their supervisor told NBC News early Wednesday.
Russian officials had feared the siege could last for another month, the time it would take to reach the islands in the Kara Sea, high in the Arctic Circle. But on Tuesday night a research ship took a detour (繞道) to assist those weathermen, station supervisor Vasily Shevchenko told NBC News. The ship run by Russia's state-run oil firm Rosneft frightened away the bears using its helicopter, before resupplying the weather station with more food and puppies (幼犬) . The puppies are not yet big enough to deter the bears, but the station is planning to draft in a replacement adult guard dog as soon as possible.
Some of the bears had taken to sleeping directly outside the windows of remote outpost. There was no risk of the researchers starving because they had a year's worth of food, but they were forced to take dangerous trips to a nearby building, holding a gun for protection, according to Shevchenko.
Polar bears are an endangered species. In Russia, it's a crime to shoot them unless in self-defense. The bears usually leave the islands in the summer, but this time they were trapped by the melting ice, an apparent sign of climate change, according to Shevchenko. “They've stayed on the island because there is nowhere for them to go,” he said.
The animals suffer from global warming because it shrinks the floating ice that forms their main hunting ground. According to the environmental group the World Wide Fund for Nature, known as the WWF, this has got some polar bears to go near human habitats in search of food.

(3)What made the bears trapped on the island according to the text?

(4)What can we infer from the text?
