Dear Sir,
The cell phone that I ordered from your store arrived on time, but only five days later I found it could not work properly.
On Saturday morning I tried to turn on the cell phone as usual but failed. I managed to turn it on after trying it for fifteen minutes. When it was turned on, all I could see on the screen were just some lines! Then I dialed your service number several times, but the line was always busy.
I have to use a cell phone in my job almost all the time. This problem has seriously affected my job and life. Can you get it repaired as soon as possible or have it replaced with a new one? I sincerely hope that you will look into this matter immediately and deal with it quickly and properly.
