Nowdays, few middle school students can fully enjoy their holidays.

Parents believe the more time children spend on books, the better they will do at school. So they ask them to attend different kinds of extra classes.

   In my opinion, students should take enough rest, and make better use of their holidays to practise their hobbies.

   As we all know, “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” Although the knowledge in textbooks is important, it is not enough. Students also need to learn some useful things outside school.

   In a word, it is necessary for students to have enough free time.
