Dear Lin Tao，

   I’ve Just got your letter and I know learning a foreign language can be difficult for some people，but there are many things you can do to overcome these difficulties

   To begin with，obtain as large a vocabulary as possible. It is a good habit to do some reading every day and spare no efforts to remember some sentences with new words There is no denying that practice makes perfect；therefore，doing enough exercises can definitely improve your listening and writing. In this way, I suppose，you are sure to improve your English．

   As for exam anxiety, it’s unnecessary for you to work too late before the exam．On the contrary，you’d better go to bed earlier than usual．Otherwise，you will feel tired the next day．It is also suggested that a jug of milk before going to bed may help you get a sound sleep．

  In addition，you can consult your teachers if you need more help．
