As a brilliant star in the literary circle, he is entitled as the ‘Bright Multicolored Pens’. He was born on October 21, 1928 in Nanjing and died on December 14, 2017 in Taiwan. With a strong interest in reading and writing, he graduated from Taiwan University in 1952, majoring in Foreign Language. Later, his outstanding talent and diligence made him a famous poet, essayist and translator, honored with a variety of awards in Taiwan. His poem, Homesickness has been selected into the textbook, deeply loved by the primary and middle school students. His achievements and personality have cast a heavy positive influence on people's life, which will be everlasting.
