Dear Xiaoming,

I am a editor of English Comer. I've received your letter ask me to give you some advice on how to learn English well. Here are some of my suggestions.

First of all, I suggest you should read English word, sentences and short articles aloud every morning. Meanwhile, you should try to memorize the useful sentences as much as possible and recite some short passages as well. Moreover, it suggested that you read a great variety of books after school. Last but not least, a certain amount of time should be spent about listening exercises.

As long as you can make good use of our spare time to learn English, surely, you will make rapid progress. Just as an old saying go, “Where there is a will, and there is a way.” If you stick to your dream and study hard, I'm sure you will become successfully in your English study.

Yours,

Li Hua

5.suggested前加上is

6.about改為on

7.our改為your

8.go改為goes

9.and去掉

句中editor是元音開頭的單詞,要用an來限定,故將a改為an。

句中修飾的是可數(shù)名詞復數(shù)sentences,要用many來修飾,故將much改為many

分析句子結構可知,句子主語是time,謂語是should be spent,賓語是listening exercises,這里是花費時間在聽力練習上面,應該用介詞on,故將about改為on。

故將our改為your。
