I feel deeply sorry to hear that you failed to win an award of the Most Beautiful Prose Contest held in our school ,which made you so depressed. It doesn’t matter .

I know you are a big fan of our Chinese literature ,particularly taking pleasure in the famous proses written by famous prosers and writers, such as BaJin,LaoShe , CaoYu and so on. I had ever the same experience as you have. Just as the famous saying goes , “ Failure is the mother of success.” The more you practice ,the better you will be. Don’t lose heart and never give up . I sincerely hope you are sure to achieve your dream with much effort.
