When did it get going？The first All Change!role-reversal entertainment took place in 2005in aid of a local children's charity．Every year since then nearly 100，000men，women and children have worn the strangest and the most wonderful headgear（頭飾） possible to raise money for a growing number of children's charities．This year we are helping a record number of good causes，all aimed to help children in need．
