I am a enthusiastic and fun-loving student. My favorite subject is English. I am pretty fluent with English, and my teachers say my style and presentation is good. My first love is writing, and I have been writing for some magazines about three years. Mostly I like to write about things those are happening in the school, like sports events, trips to place of interest, and tips on how to study effectively. Seen my words in print makes me extremely pride. I also enjoy communicating with other people to find out what do they think. I am always interested in what others are concerning about, from student worries, local news, to world events.

I’m one of the students in our class who has ever been to England. Last summer I was lucky enough to be sent there to study. This morning when I was surfing the Internet, the photo caught my attention. In the photo, there was a dustmen who was on a drip(打點(diǎn)滴) under a tree by the roadside. It turned out that he insisted working despite illness. Anyone who see this picture would be deeply touched. We must admit that dustmen are doing tired work for long hours and usually get low pay. People often say that a good child should be honest, while for me, I always lie to other and do not realize the results of what I say. Yesterday, I learned a lesson about tell lies. As is known to us, fewer and fewer students do sports regularly, what makes them weak and easily tiring. There are many reasons for this. First of all, some of the students complain that they have too much homeworks, resulted in less time to take exercise. The way we grow our vegetables is to emulate natural ecosystems. No rows of carrots can be found in our garden beds. Rain forests seem to do just fine without human interference(干預(yù)) or having plants sown in rows, so we have applied the same principle to our vegetable garden and we care producing more vegetables than ever.

By copying nature we spend little time working in the vegetable garden but get a much better crop than previous years when we followed the rules. What can I say? We’re such rebels.(叛逆者）
