In 1995, Susan Boyle went to Glasgow to audition (試演) for My Kind of people, a televised talent show popular in the UK. She was immediately rejected. Driving to a friend's house on a recent evening, I was attracted by the sight of the full moon rising just above my friend’s rooftops.
