Students at Northwest Missouri State University have started spring term classes，but many aren’t carrying thick textbooks．Instead，most students are carrying a lightweight electronic tool that can fit into a coat pocket which holds the textbook material for all their classes．Some students will also download their text information onto their laptops．（筆記本電腦）．

The idea pleases Mike Jenkins，who is in the second year at the university．“ I think the whole idea is pretty cool，”said Jenkins．He used e-books in his history class during the autumn term“I would like it if we didn’t have textbooks at all anymore，”he said“You wouldn’t have the trouble of messing with hooks．The e-book is so convenient，and you don't have to carry all those books around．”
